The mood around the table quickly dropped. However it didn't take long before the dwarves were talking again. Fili and Kili were discussing the size of the dragon and its hoard when Oin joined the discussion. "It doesn't really matter if we don't get going soon."
This finished up the conversation and made Fili and Kili more eager to get going. And they quickly ate the remainder of their fried eggs.
"Let's tidy up a bit, Kili before we join the others in the larder." said Fili. "I'm way ahead of you brother." responded Kili who had already started piling up empty plates and crocks. It quickly turned into a competition of who could carry the most. And it didn't take long before all the empty plates and crocks were piled up in the kitchen.
They stuck their heads into the dining room "We're off to the larder, to help out." They got a few nods and grunts in response.
